4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions. Failure to attend or discontinuation of coaching does not entitle you to a refund or reschedule unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching (e.g., frameworks, templates, strategies) remain the intellectual property of Maxaminds OÜ and may not be redistributed or repurposed without written consent.

6. Non-Disparagement
Clients agree not to publicly or privately make statements that could harm the reputation of Maxaminds OÜ. This clause is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by Estonian law and applicable international laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Force Majeure
Maxaminds OÜ will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or power outages.

9. Affiliate Disclaimer

10. Governing Law
